Super Rocket Pesto

4 large handfuls of rocket
2 tablespoons pipitas (pumpkin seeds)
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon water
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper

Add all ingredients to the food processor and combine on high speed until smooth.
Add a small bit more water if the mixture is too dry.
Serve on top of your favourite salad.
