1. Eat to Live – Joel Fuhrman
This book is my number 1! It changed me forever and I am so grateful for finding it. We all need the right motivation in life and this book struck the right cord for me. Joel’s inspiration through sharing the science of the benefits of the plant-based diet is outstanding. I also gained control of my weight once and forever after reading this book.
2. The China Study – T Colin Campbell
T Colin Campbell was a researcher involved in the now famous China Project. The New York Times called this exemplary research the “Grand Prix of all epidemiological studies” and “the most comprehensive large study ever undertaken on the relationship between diet and the risk of developing disease.”
