Breakfast of Champions
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1/2 cup water
1 scoop Sun Warrior vanilla protein powder
1 table spoon almond meal
1 table spoon chia seeds
2 heaped desert spoons of goat milk yogurt
fruit of your choice
Soak the oats in water over night in a covered container (poor in enough water so that the oats are just covered).
Mix in the protein powder and stir well.
Spoon into your favorite breakfast bowl and top with the almond meal, chia seeds, fruit and yogurt.
