Thank you Lisa. I recommend downloading the audio book of Eat to Live. You will really enjoy it and the lifestyle works for any time of year.
After living in Ireland for 4 years I understand completely about the struggle to eat light and clean in the cold months.

This looks amazing – the vegan pesto – wow! Also Dr. Fuhrman looks very interesting as well – I’m certainly intrigued. We are approaching winter here in Ireland and I don’t want to put on any more pounds – this sounds like a great thing to start now.
